I just loved being able to walk outside and see ships docked and the lovely park across the street. The staff are all so friendly and the eggs at breakfast are delicious!

Very quiet , relaxing stay

This was a very nice stay. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park and seaside walk. The Irish pub next door had excellent food. Room was clean and staff very friendly.

I like the breakfast, but missing soft drink wending machine.

Unfortunately the management had no sympathy for our situation. We accidently booked 2 rooms. I don't know how that happened but it was legitimately a mistake. I explained this to the staff but they said there is nothing they could do as they were non-refundable bookings on Expedia. I did not take the room keys for the 2nd room and they could have easily given the room to the couple behind us who did not have a reservation, but instead they decided to keep my money. I had Expedia reach out to hotel management, but they continued to refuse a refund. So the hotel tried to blame it on Expedia and Expedia blames it on the hotel, I'm not sure who to believe. But either way obviously frustrated that the hotel kept my money for a room I did not use.

Love the easy access to outside directly from the room!

The location is quiet but convenient. The breakfast is good. Hopefully the shower is more powerful.

Purchased rooms for 3 nights for a client who was in town. Client checked in very late at night. Room was dirty and had bugs. They left for another hotel 2 hrs later. I requested only paying for the first night and wanted a refund for the last 2 nights and was declined. I book alot of hotels in Sarnia and would of gave this hotel another chance if they would of considered the refund request.

Average hotel. Amenities match the price point. Limited hot food choices--same stuff every day. There is no elevator, so if you don't do stairs, request a room on the first floor.
