Beautifully designed and comfortable room. It was spacious and ergonomically designed room. I loved the built in large luggage table (well covers a large check-in suitcase fully opened) and the built in bench along the whole window to sit on and to put items on.
Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom. The bath tub was nice and deep. Our room was by the elevator but didn't notice any noise from the corridor. There was a water dispenser to refill water bottles by the elevator landing area. We felt very relaxed staying here. It was a lovely stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

I expected the breakfast to be much better. Ordered 2 fried eggs with cheese and got an omelette, asked oatmilk for my coffee and there was no way to warm it. I drank cold oatmilk with expresso. There was very less selection on the breakfast, nothing special from polish cuisine..

I would highly recommend this hotel, it's slightly away from the busy old town but only a short walk away. Beautiful lounge and breakfast/dining area, with a vast food selection and plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Separate shampoo and conditioner available in the room, although no toiletries with earbuds or cotton pads etc.

Staff is trained, but not in the right way, with everything you get a big story with options, and when you ask something little different than their standard it is not possible. We had junior suite, and acces to executives lounge, but no staff present.
To get from the parking garage to the hotel is a nightmare. No signs, many doors, and not suitable for suitcases. For the money (pretty expensive) there are much beteer places to stay.

American reviewer. The location of this hotel is great. It is a short walk to market square and a tran stop is across the street. There is also a mall across the street. The staff is very accomodative and the hotel contains all the amenities that you would expect of a 5-star hotel.

My room has decent soundproofing from outside car traffic, but it didn't work for party that hotel organized in their ballroom. Not saying about drunk and noisy corpo guests.
Besides that I liked spacious room, decent breakfast and good location.

Hotel bar and restaurant is a bit soulless but there is a large Czech pub and good restaurants across the couryyard of the hotel (1 minute walk) . Breakfast is of 5 star quality and good value.

Very disappointing hotel, horrible service, will never go the extra mile to help. Don't allow kids to the pool, finding excuses to over charge, not the best location. Better to stay away!
