Modern, comfortable and clean. We loved this hotel. From the very friendly and helpful check in to the wonderful service during our stay the staff were fantastic. Great location too. We will be back.

This property was a good location for us however the parking across the road was a bit painful and we would have preferred somewhere with on site parking. With little kids it’s just that bit harder when getting the car etc. people without children probably wouldn’t mind so much. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment city view which was very spacious and well designed however the furniture in our lounge area was filthy and needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. It was stained and quite dirty. Things we loved were the pool and gym area and the view from our window. Staff were hit and miss. We had some good interactions and some not so good interactions at the hotel. Overall I would stay again however there could be some improvements to this property starting with the cleanliness and customer service.

Everything about my short stay at Adina was excellent. Booking, check in and payment was easy. Room was outstanding. Staff were helpful. I was really impressed.

Glass door on the toilet and shower till we found the wooden sliding which seperated the bathroom from the living area.

Amazing place to stay so central for walking around the promenade for food and drinks.and to Marvel stadium and the MCG IGA supermarket next door and bottle shop. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again

I would stay here again. The location was fantastic, most things we went to were walkable from accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was neat and comfortable and practical. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was my least favourite of everything but the issues were very minor - a small shower space and a noisy toilet.

I requested a stay over clean on Day 3 and found that flat surfaces weren’t wiped down and bed sheets not changed. The shower flooded and after I lifted the drain plate…found it full of hair and scum. Wine on arrival was unsinkable and when I selected the room type, it showed a garden tub. There was no garden tub nor was there an upgrade. The shower j could barely turn around in and it flooded the bathroom floor after each shower. This was my first hotel stay as an Expedia Gold member, very disappointed. Won’t stay at Adina again.
