The hotel staff were excellent and the hotel was very comfortable. Just a short walk to the cruise ships.

check-in without any problems, friendly staff room was nice and big enough, beds were comfy bathroom had everything needed, even if it is already a little older. No noises from the hallway or outside.

This hotel is very practical if you’re travelling from the port, since the terminals are literally across the street! If you’re heading into town it’s a nice 25min walk by the riverside, but you could also take the bus since there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel’s entrance. The same bus also takes you to the airport. The hotel was okay but a bit worn out, it could use some freshing up to bring it into modern times. Speaking of modern times it would be nice to be able to fill your information in advance to avoid wasting time and paper… But don’t get me wrong, the cleanness was alright. I think this hotel was really overpriced though (at least during the Ruisrock-festival weekend)

Great location for both ferry terminals; good choices for breakfast; EXCELLENT gluten free dinner options; very polite and professional staff; easy walk to Guest Harbour for ice cream and other eating options.

Rather basic hotel, but very well located (50 meters from the ferry terminal to Stockholm). Friendly staff. As it was low season they allowed us to occupy the room -for a limited fee- until late afternoon. Buses to the city-centre leave opposite the building.

Nice hotel, but breakfast was maybe a bit too simple, and rooms, beds and bed linen are somewhat outdated. However excellent location and very quiet. Good and free sauna.

Easy access to Viking Line terminal made us choose Seaport. Room was ok, bed was to soft for me.

Stay was great and the service was wonderful. Only issue was that we visited during a heat wave and there is no AC but also the windows don't open. The fan unfortunately didn't do much. If we could have gotten a breeze in the night the stay would have been great.

Friendly service really old and tired hotel stuffy room- no ventilation no A/C desperate need for an upgrade cold shower- not caring attitude form the staff good breakfast not enough free parking

We were given a room which was set up for people with a disability and 2 narrow single beds. We had requested a double.
