The room was super small. The carpet was well worn and dirty. I requested 2 beds but there was no room to open our suitcases. We opened them on the floor and then closed them to sleep. The hotel is just an older space and the rooms are set up yo accommodate as many people as possible.

It’s in a great location. Particularly enjoyed the separate comforters on the bed. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety - both sweet and savory. The only thing I wish it had was an extra luggage stand.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with hospitality and warmth; our Concierge gave us a great intro to the local area and made us feel so very much at home! Great spot!

Check in was super easy. Staff were very friendly. Our room was very spacious and they provided us with a baby crib upon request! Breakfast was average but included.

Hotel facilities are very good, breakfast options were ok and bad very comfortable.

This was the only hotel we stayed in that 2 windows, so we could get a cross breeze. That was great! However, both windows had black mould on them

They do not have free parking and you can only park your car in the street between 4 to 10. Which it will be free

the rooms aren't in a great condition with old furniture and broken parts, the breakfast has a limited choice, noise from both inside and outside is a problem. I would not reccomend staying here for long.

Great central location just off main downtown Akureyri area so it is quiet. Friendly staff, beautiful room, great breakfast, free parking

Had a single room, was rather tiny, that´s my only complaint. Clean, staff are fine, breakfast was fine. Location is down town central.
