What a great apartment we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again

Modern, well equipped motel near to all the action. Super comfy beds and new bathrooms.

The property was very nice, we didn’t have a view tho which was a shame.. Bed in the lounge interesting as not much room when it’s down, can’t access the deck area very easily. Parking is quite full on underground, very tight to get in and out of. Wouldn’t recommend if not a confident driver. Overall location is AWESOME! No complaints, we enjoyed our quick one night stay. Thank you. Staff were lovely.

Great location, easy check in very clean tidy property. Very comfortable bed, small but powerful shower. The secure parking included in the room cost was excellent. A couple of issues that could be easily corrected. The ground floor room has the bedroom on the driveway/walkway side. Lights run all night for safety and security. Unfortunately the blind in the bedroom doesn’t screen this lighting out, a little like sleeping with all the lights on. Also bins for complex are outside the room, noise from people loading them in the morning made for an early start. Heating in lounge very old and noisy. Needs replacement Overall a good stay, a few tweaks would improve the overall comfort level greatly

Building work was occurring so we were woken early with drilling and slamming doors, staff were no apologetic and quite disrespectful

This is a new property in an exceptional spot. Spotlessly clean with rooms having all you need. Friendly helpful staff. Look forward to returning .

Loved our stay. So close to the beach and also to the pool. Definitely coming back for a longer stay. Heaps of nearby cafe’s too.

Basic but nice good location in the heart of the mount

Very dated, people next door smoking . Glad i bought my own pillow, the pillows were stained.

No WIFI or air conditioning. Room was run down and bathroom dark and dingy. Getting in and out of shower/bath dangerous with no hand rails. Overpriced for what it was.

Friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to help us for late check-in and parking - very much appreciated.

Would be nice if there was wi-Fi available in each room rather than hotspot downstair in the lobby.

Large rooms, excellent location, great rate. Decor is a little dated but the only real negative was some noisy plumbing which I can live with.

The property was over priced for what was provided. No Wi-Fi connection in the room. No air conditioning and only a rusty old fan. An old bath combination with a shower with no extractor fan.

Property was very expensive for the accommodation we had. Advertised as luxury apartment but was very run down and nothing luxury about it.

Location location location

Checked in and asked about second parking for my colleague who was sharing room. Was told that they needed to park offsite. Resort was not fully booked and there was no leeway made for second person to park their car onsite. Went to room and was met with two people and a dog on the second floor. Did not know that it was a dog-friendly place otherwise I would have brought my dog, too. Left door open so my colleague would be able to walk into the room without fiddling with baggage and key. Within seconds my room was filled with marijuana smoke and so I tracked it back to a room just around the corner from me as they had their door open as well. I was not impressed. Furthermore, the noise from the street during the night was horrendous. People yelling, cars speeding, fireworks. Not worth the money paid!

Nice stay at Calais in a business trip, but no wifi in the rooms is a serious issue. I had to use own data plan for work and entertainment Wi-Fi throughout a hotel should be expected now in all 3-4 star hotels.

Location, cleanliness, helpful staff

We had a pleasant experience. The place is clean. Only flaw was the towel rail which is rusty so we ended up not using the towels but I would still recommend this place. We always stay here when going to the mount.

Very nice apartment. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and cleaning staff. Could do with a steamer pot and bigger pots are 2 small pots not big enough to cook for 2 people.
