Stayed one night, I needed to be close to the hospital and wanted to be comfortable. This was perfect. As close to home as I could have gotten. Well, I didn’t eat breakfast because I had to get back to the hospital the next morning, it smelled amazing! I stayed in the veranda room, had its own private bathroom. Beautifully decorated and bed was comfy. Owners were very nice and attentive.

We loved the attention to details. Excellent breakfast (organic eggs and avocado picked from the backyard). Love the art, the many butterflies in the garden, quiet place and the nice conversation in the morning with the owners, between others.

There are just three guest rooms but the property is headed up to make you feel very welcome.
Enjoy a stay in real Florida. Wonderful hosts.

Fantastic place, a true classic Bed & Breakfast! Fabulous room and bathroom, great service, breakfast, snacks, and just overall a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. I would certainly return here and I highly recommend this place!!

We loved the property and our room. But our hosts made it truly special. They served us a delicious breakfast and we were able to get to know them a bit. They are a very cool couple! We actually live just a couple of hours away but will come back again for a weekend getaway.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming with arrival wine and snacks. The made to order breakfast was excellent. The room was quite comfortable with plenty of space for two. The B&B is within walking distance of downtown Kissimmee and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here! Room was comfortable, and it was close to restaurants in the little downtown area. The owners cooked a lovely breakfast both days, and were very accommodating with snacks etc. Would highly recommmend. Way better than an impersonal hotel!

We woke up just in time for a home-cooked breakfast and had a nice conversation with the innkeepers, Tom and Christi. The overall experience was awesome, and we would definitely stay again. Something to note, there were TONS of beautiful butterflies fluttering about the various host plants on the property!

The hosts were the friendliest. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Not only was the breakfast great, they provided several snacks and drinks (even beer and wine). Within walking distance to historic downtown Kissimmee. I would definitely stay there again in a Heartbeat!

I loved the warm loving vibes emitted from the B&B. From the moment I parked and walked inside, I felt valued as a person and customer. The Bed and Breakfast was very tranquil and cozy. The breakfast was great. Plenty of snacks and refreshment choices available. The owners were very friendly and accomodating.
