Annual xmas shoppinh trip. Was really good. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable room

Amazing hotel for a trip to celebrate my fiancée’s 40th birthday. Friendly and helpful staff at check in. Lovely room with balcony and view of the harbour. Great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this hotel and 100% would come back again.

Lovely hotel . Clean . Bed was really comfortable good nights sleep. Complementary gin in room though did not use. Nice view of harbour. Didn’t have breakfast as early flight. Dinner was expensive one course each and bottle of £30 wine cost £90 lights where so dark couldn’t see what was in plate . Would stay again but eat elsewhere.

Good 4 star at best. Not attentive 5 star service as expected. Bedrooms clean and comfy. Couldn’t eat in as no room for us despite booking. Outside bar area grubby. Breakfast good but no service clearing tables. Breakfast buffet good.

The Hotel was beautifully clean and everything appeared new. The bathrooms were lovely and the all day dining area was much appreciated. Staff were super helpful.

This hotel needs to decide what it is. Had an expensive room under the top floor bar/club (open to all) and asked to move due to the excessive noise. The manager was very reactive in responsing to the issue (didn’t seem surprised). New room had a toilet which didn’t stop running, needed two members of staff to fix it (but again very reactive). The hotel, especially the communal areas, is in desperate need of renovation. Breakfast in room was excellent (but still a £5 tray charge despite the fact they had no space in the restaurant).
