Really good location easy to access all areas (with just a short walk to the light rail stop and to the Old City), very helpful and friendly staff and great buffet breakfast. We stayed in an executive room - the size and layout was fantastic, very comfortable and well designed.

The hotel is best located, few minutes from Jerusalem's main road and the public transportation. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is splendid. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

This property was just average. The one man who worked there was great. The rest, not really. Not very friendly. Seemed inconvenienced by our stay. No amenities except a small gym. Nothing great. Look at other properties.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Also, my shower did leak the last day I stayed which caused water to leak onto the floor of the bedroom area. The front desk guy didn't seem too concerned when I told him (as I was checking out).
