Extremely Disappointed: A Nightmare Stay I cannot express my disappointment enough after booking a six-night stay at this establishment i check out same day and booked another hotel despite I prepaid for the entire duration, expecting a comfortable and clean experience based on their advertised pictures—what a farce!The reality was a stark contrast; the hotel was filthy from the moment I arrived, and the pictures online must have been from a parallel universe. The staff were either clueless or intentionally unhelpful. Many conveniently "didn't speak English" when it came to addressing my concerns. It's laughable that they claimed to be new after four days—what kind of professionalism is that? When I requested to speak with the front desk manager, it was as if they were a phantom. Instead, I was palmed off to someone named Senan, who, despite claiming to be a manager, had no solutions or even basic empathy. The pinnacle of absurdity was when an animal urinated in the reception area, and it remained uncleaned during my entire ordeal. It speaks volumes about their priorities. Despite not spending a single night due to the appalling conditions, they had no qualms charging me for the entire stay and refused any refund. I wouldn't be surprised if they rented out my room to another guest while I was fighting for basic decency. In conclusion, avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy flushing your money down the drain for a nightmarish experience.

Central location, the housekeeping was friendly and helpful, the rooms are ok and bed matraze is very comftable, also breakfast was good missed a bit of fruits but the other things were fine ,liked Bodrum much and to beach is very near about 5 min walk. Lg Barbara from germany

A great Stay. - The Hotel is in a good location, 8 mins walk from the bus station and just 5 - 6 mins walk down to the Sea Front or the Town. The reception and staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good and is very fresh. Everything worked in my room, the bed was comfortable and there was a small supermarket 200 metres away for drinks and snacks. Happy to stay again. :-)

The hotel in itself is very charming, the staff is great, super friendly and always there to help. The room is quite nice (outside of an outdated A/C still producing cold) if you don't consider the bathroom as part of it. There is the real big minus here, rustyness e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e, traces of moisture on the ceillings, shower tap was covered of calcearous trace and to me should have already been replaced a good few years ago. And last but not least the shower bottom seal was orange/brown and had probably not been cleant for a (long) while too. In the end we still liked going there and the hotel could be really nice if better maintained but definitely overpriced for the experience.

Only one window with view on a wall: very dark room. No decoration, very basic, shower a bit broken, very nice swimming pool and courtyard, helpful staff to organize excursion, fine breakfast, short walk to the city center and harbor.

We stayed on the ground floor and their was evidence that constant high humidity has taken its toll. The wall paper was peeling and their was some mold in the shower and bathroom. The room had an air conditioner but it was quite old and therefore too loud to have on at night.

The room was clean and the staff was very frendly. We arrived very early and Nage offered us to have a breakfast. That was very kind. The breakfast was very nice, there were a possibility to choose what to eat. There were a lot of healthy food as veggies and cheese, what is not so common in Turkey. We really loved it. Emre helped us always as we asked him for help. For example to configure the air-condition in our room or to cut our watermelone. The atmosphere is really nice in this hotel. I loved the music in the pool area and the green around the pool:)
