The place had been updated, looked nice. Partly unfinished pics not moved after changing out furniture. Pillows where too big for comfort. Coffee only in the lobby, breakfast was very limited. Nice location and decent price. Location so great, one would never need to move your car.

Very nice staff, breakfast was muffins, waffles, oranges and apples….not the best, but walking distance to great little restaurants that offered 7:30 breakfast. In house coffee was good. Beds clean and comfy. You can’t beat the location. Walk to pier, restaurants and shops. Building is older, needs updating, but lots of character.

Nice, comfortable roomy suites. Staff was super kind and helpful. Location was remarkable. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, pier, lighthouse, playground, miniature golf. Couldn’t ask for a better getaway! Will definitely return!

Took four sets of door cards to get into the room, leak in roof when raining, hot water pressure very low, and door handle to balcony came off.

Location was great, close to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The rooms were nice and the staff were very accomodating. The rates were were reasonable and we had covered parking.

The hotel, staff and property were fine. Unfortunately, there was a faulty fire alarm system and it went off 6 times during the night. When we addressed this with the manager in the morning he was very amenable and refunded our money for the night we spent there.

We had a great time, not a fan of window AC unuts, but this one worked fine. 4th night out of 5 nights, the fire alarm went off at least 8 times, kept us up most of the night. Hotel apologized, and it was fixed for the 5th night.

While lobby coffee was good coffee in room would've been way more respectful and very convenient. Parking garage being free and out of sun was very helpful.

Wife and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary on St. Simons Island. The hotel is across from the Lighthouse and water park. Walking distance to the Pier and many restaurants and shops.

The worst service I have ever experienced . I had to actually pay a staff member $20 just to get bath towels. The next day no one came to clean the room at all. My wife called down to the front desk to speak with the staff about this. The front desk lady stated they are short staffed . The manager of the hotel Rob arrives on the property knock on our door and said we were criminally trespassing. I was appalled, his front desk staff lied and the cleaning lady lied completely and stated I called them derogatory names. The manager said he has cameras everywhere. I asked him to review the cameras and footage to see I did not say anything derogatory towards his staff. Rob said my wife and I had 20 minutes to leave the property. The manger and staff at the hotel are very unprofessional, untruthful. My wife and I have never been treated like this before in all of our travels.
