The Key West Cottages were beyond exceptional! The property is perfect in so many ways - the location is convenient and picturesque, the property is immaculate, well maintained and everything is like “new” condition. Units are easy to access and walkways are safe and clear. The only elevation is in the four steps to your front door! Plenty of parking, walking convenient to everything in town and restaurants, The pool and the beach area are very lovely, intimate and easily accessed. The Staff is PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and ALWAYS available to offer assistance and suggestions for visiting the area. The Visitor Center for NASA is nearby as are the wild ponies in Assateaque State Park. You can use your kayak right off the dock on the property. Truly, truly lovely location.

The property is so pretty! We stayed in the Coconut Poolside Cottage and it was clean and adorable. We loved the pool and had s’mores by the fire pit at the little beach. Close to the park and shopping.

We had a great long weekend and definitely will be back at some point. Only issue to be concerned of if you are looking to kayak—it’s not safe to launch from here. They do not enforce a no wake zone in the bay in front of the hotel and boats fly by. We would’ve been tossed over immediately.
However I met with the host Sandy who was great and gave us the tip to bring our kayak to the other side of the island and launch from Memorial Park. Thanks Sandy!! This was the best and limited boat traffic.
We also loved that the area was very walkable with lots to do in town.
Our cottage was clean and new and we had zero complaints at all.

Second time here , still very nice and hands down best in area. Pricy , but still very nice, considering the other motels- no comparison! Only place to stay with a real beach feel and great views … look at map of cottages and pick closest to water for best view and serine.

Free bikes was brilliant. Although there is a 2 hour usage policy as there are so many we were allowed to use them for 3 hours and 4 hours each day which was fabulous as it allowed as to cycle and enjoy Assateague without stressing about getting back in time.
Only downside was the noise of the dehumidifier but when asked to have this switched off the reception sorted it out quickly with the maintenance staff, so satisfactory conclusion.

The Key West Cottage we had was amazing! It is so cute, easy to use, clean, and just perfect. The pool was amazing! The beach is so cute and well kept. I highly recommend staying in one of the adorable cottages.

The property is beautiful. It sits right on the bay and the view is amazing. The town is so clean and quiet. The area is family friendly and each establishment felt like you entered an aunt’s home. I absolutely loved it. And they have free EV parking at the resort!

These cottages are comfortable, cute and clean! You can tell they take care of the property. The pool is fantastic, as is the beach area. The wildlife is really amazing to watch - there were ducks, geese, seagulls and dolphins! It's also really easy to get to and has good parking.
