Unfortunately, my current stay, a several-day family stay at the Warsaw hotel, from November 25 to 29, 2024, turned into a real nightmare. Someone from the hotel staff - the person cleaning the rooms (room no. 103) plundered my secured luggage and stole a large amount of cash from me. After reporting this to the hotel managers, the hotel didn't really care about it and did nothing to properly explain the matter. Personally, I warn against staying at this hotel. Nobody would want their privacy violated or their personal belongings rummaged through. Fortunately, in the increasingly dangerous Warsaw, there are other good hotels, with much more responsible and professional staff, concerned about the well-being of hotel guests.

Our recent stay at this so-called “5-star” hotel was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we checked in, it was clear this place was not what we expected. Despite the luxurious branding, the experience was closer to a noisy budget hotel than a premium hotel. The most disturbing issue was the incessant, uncomfortable atmosphere that took over the hotel at night. The lobby, hallways, and even elevators seemed to become a gathering place for a very questionable crowd, with numerous encounters and transactions happening openly. The staff seemed indifferent to the situation, doing little to control the activity or ensure a family-friendly environment. The constant noise and disruptive behavior continued through the night, making sleep nearly impossible. The only bright spot was the food. Breakfast was excellent, and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious with a solid wine selection. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the experience that lived up to the five-star promise. The room itself was another letdown. While spacious, it was poorly maintained, with dust in corners, a stale smell, and subpar amenities that definitely didn’t live up to five-star standards. Overall, this was an uncomfortable, frustrating experience in a supposed luxury hotel that fell embarrassingly short. We would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay.
