When I arrived there were no rooms available, the receptionist had a malicious attitude, it is a hotel that shows one thing on networks and when I arrived it is a very different one with dirty and poorly organized areas, when I was going to leave, as if by magic a room appeared, When I went to see it, it was in worse condition than anything I had seen. At the entrance there was a leak of water that filled the entire hallway, having to walk through the water and to get in I had to move two mattresses that were in the middle of the room. the door, when I was able to open the door the interior was in terrible condition in the end we had to leave, very upset I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and the rental platforms should be more aware of this since they are offering us something that not even they know how This is the quality, I made this reservation through TRIVAGO which directed me to EXPEDIA. GREAT PLACE, GREAT CONDITIONS *TRIBAGO AND EXPEDIA I SUGGEST YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF THE HOTELS SINCE I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A ROOM AND THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING ON THEIR PLATFORMS *

This hotel was really nice. Had a balcony and the view was great. The people were really, really nice and attentive. The location is excellent, the beach is about 50 yards from the hotel. There's a gas station, (hsbc) bank across the street, oxxo about half a block away and people selling food on the street. Overall my total experience was excellent. I Lov
