Our stay was seamless! We booked with hotels.com, arrived at Aloft, they were very friendly and accomodating, and we had an excellent stay. I completely recommend this hotel!

Very accommodating and told me that it's not the first time when people have made reservations online that they are pressing the right place and then it actually makes reservations for another place. We need to get a credit because when we showed up to the place, we were staying they said that it was at another place. She said that's happened many times and she doesn't know why it's not getting fixed.

Key cards did not work for the room. Went back down to reception, was told it was the battery in the door (no apology for the inconvenience). Called someone to fix it. Person greeted us, said they would meet us at the room. Several minutes waiting at the door before he showed up. Replaced battery but then had to reprogram our keys. Several minutes before he returned. He did provide vouchers for free breakfast for the inconvenience. Total time waiting was well over 20 minutes. Would have preferred that front desk immediately switched us to a different room and let maintenance deal with the battery issue without inconveniencing us.

The Aloft is were I stay when in Louisville. Everyone is so friendly, staff and other guest. The place is always clean.

Great property, spacious rooms! Staff was really kind and helpful! Seems that the walls are a bit thin tho, so we did use earplugs.

The full service bar in this aloft is just so pretty and the cocktails were good. I also love the area around the hotel as it is a very easy area to walk a dog. Not so urban like some hotels plenty of grass

The room the staff were great. What I didn't like was the poor wifi. I always have a lot of evening work and I couldn't log on . i had to create a hot spot on my phone to get logged in. that's not acceptable in my line of work.

A lot of children (ice skating/dance competitions) unsupervised in the gym and pool areas. Rowdy and noisy about hotel.
Our room- poor water pressure in shower. A lot of the shower head openings appeared clogged. We had to put our thermostat on 78-80 for it to moderately blow warm.
We usually stay here about 5-6 times per year while in Louisville because of the location.

Amazing staff, so warm, kind and welcoming. Great location, room clean and comfortable, bed very good (I have back problems).
Very good to have access to a washing machine and a dryer for longer stay, was there for a week
