This hotel was conveniently off I-95. Needed a place to sleep on my long drive going up North. Checked in around 12 am, the process was quick and effortless. The room was large clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and there was a nice selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was very well rested and well feed after my stay. I’m happy with my choice to stay at this Hampton Inn.

We usually stay at the Holiday Inn (IHG) on the same street every year when we stop for the night but this year we decided to give Hampton Inn a chance because it was highly rated (and part of Hilton). We paid about $50 more for the night than what we would have if we stayed at Holiday Inn. We left disappointed and really confused as to how Hampton Inn received such good ratings. It was clean for the most part (someone elses hair was still in the shower when we arrived), but my major disappointment was the super uncomfortable beds. You would expect these beds at a motel, they were hard and squeaky with every turn. I’m pretty sure it felt like my grandmother bed back in 1960. Will not stay here again, but will continue to go back to Holiday Inn.

The breakfast staff was very welcoming and helpful and kept the area supper clean and organized. This hotel was super organized and very clean and with a friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and even various types of waffles. I will definitely come here again. Special thanks to Jess and her coworker for making my children feel happy today so early in the morning. Best breakfast time this year. ❤️

Overall it was a nice two-day stay. However, the toilet overflowed, and when I called the front desk, the cleaning lady brought a plunger to the door to give to me. I informed the lady I didn't ask for a plunger I was letting them know the toilet was overflowing. When she came into the room and saw the toilet she stated the maintenance person wasn't coming in until 11:00 am, it was 9:00 am. Even though the person at the front desk was pleasant it was a disconnect when the cleaning lady appeared at the door. We were informed we would get clean towels and face clothes since the cleaning lady used our towels and face clothes to clean up the water. When we returned to our room there were no towels or face clothes we had to go to the front desk to get them. The water in the tub went down very slowly.
