Very nice hotel in the city centre of Locarno, only 50 meter walking to the lake.
We have booked parking in the parage in advance because of limit space.
When we arrive a very friendly and helpful young lady in the reception explain about, room, city, garage, she was smiling, helpful so she will get 5 star from me.
Breakfast is served on the first floor, good breakfast.
Very good pizza restaurant on the hotel.

No one at reception when I got there at about 5pm. Rang the number as per the signage but got a recording. Waited a long time until a staff from the adjacent restaurant went to get a hotel staff.

Very clean and comfortable! The room was bigger than I thought. All necessary facitities were provided within the room. The location was not too far from the main station. It was easy to wondering around for chilling, shopping, finding some food & ice cream. Very friendly and super kind staff.

An excellent experience overall, a friendly welcome and fast check-in, a comfortable and clean room with a lovely balcony and modern bathroom, and the reception was helpful and thoughtful. Also, the breakfast was great, especially the fruit and coffee. Would definitely return, thank you for everything
