Very friendly, multi-lingual and knowledgeable about the location. Easy walk from the Bahnhof, and easy to get to the old city and Christmas Market. Great value.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are new, with plenty of outlets, clean and attractive. Bathroom was fabulous with rain shower, high-end fixtures, comfortable surfaces and a clever night light.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before, and if anything, it has been renovated and improved! Location is VG and price reasonable. 6€ pp is nice for a full tasty breakfast.

Great location! Close to city center and train station. Room felt and looked new. Breakfast was worth 6 euro. Would stay here again if we get back to Ulm.

Very good. Paid parking lot is just 2 buildings away. The hotel seems to be on the main road from google map but it's one block behind. Close to everything. Ulm is a small city.

Great stay! Enjoyed the lovely room, extraordinary vibe of the whole facility, good breakfast and the peaceful surrounding. The hotel management takes care of the smallest detail, and has a dedicated team !Thank you!

The hotel's proximity to the old town and shopping area does mean that parking can be challenging and some noisy folks walking and talking on the cobblestones below all night. Small shower was a bit challenging for taller folks due to sloped ceiling. Our bathroom overlooked the main road and had no means of privacy due the plain glass window without window coverings and the proximity of homes directly across the street.

Perfect if you need to be in city. Very quite. Great staff. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is close by. We visited the Christmas market with customers. Will be back next year
