Cute hotel. Friendly staff. Their elevators wreak of mold and this could very dangerous for someone with a mold sensitivity. I hope they can replace the floor coverings in the elevator and address the source of the bad smell. I was on the 8th floor (top floor) and didn’t notice any bad smells in the room.

Not quite worth the price, but a nice hotel. Odd that a double queen room had only one house coat, it should have at least two or enough for all if both beds were taken. The cement ceiling is apparently 'chic' but I think it just looks unfinished (but that's my personal view). Nice touch to have a steamer in the room for clothes but it didn't work very well. The creams/soaps in pumps are a nice feature rather than small bottles that end up in the garbage.

There were only two parking areas in the garage for guests to park, we had to park on the very first level and go up an elevator to get to the lobby of the hotel. This place continues to increase in price with each visit so I want be staying anymore but this was my go to spot for about 3 years, nice bar and food, conveniently located, no pool

Property is very nice. Ceiling looked like it was in the midst of a renovation but everything else in the room was nice and clean. They added a personable touch with my name on the TV screen (which is always nice). I would definitely stay at this location, again!!

This was our second stay at Bellyard and we’ll be back. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The location is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. What draws us to the Bellyard is unquestionably the level of service.

Great location with restaurants, shopping and entertainment options all just steps away. Wonderful customer service, clean rooms and good rates. Would stay again.
