The so-called Finnhouse is located on the water at bungalow park De Leine. It has its own jetty with swimming ladder and has a direct passage to the Zuidlaardermeer. The spacious house offers a unique Scandinavian atmosphere, because it is built entirely of wood. At the same time, it is an extremely comfortable house, where you can relax wonderfully. This detached holiday home is equipped with all modern luxuries and has a large, secluded garden with, among other things, a large terrace with comfortable seating area and a barbecue. Ideal for (sun) holidays with the family or for a stay with 2 couples! You are in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve of the Zuidlaardermeer, where you can walk, cycle, sail, fish and swim to your heart's content. You can see many rare species here, including the beaver, the otter, the stoat, the weasel, the white-cheeked tern and even the sea eagle! The large beach of Meerwijck, with a beach club and various facilities, is a short distance away. For culture and entertainment, you can visit the city of Groningen, which is only a 20-minute drive away. Or you can take the train from Kropswolde station and be there in 11 minutes. From this station, you can even take the train to Germany for a day trip. You can also relax in the sauna, with a good book by the stove in the garden room or by casting a fishing rod from the private jetty. The new, modern kitchen is really equipped with all conveniences and offers you the chance to show off your cooking skills. The holiday home offers plenty of space and a unique layout. There is room for several private boats and the accommodation offers parking for up to 4 cars. A private sloop is regularly moored at the jetty and can be reserved optionally, if available. There are 2 bicycles included with the house, one for the man and one for the woman, there are also 2 SUP boards for adults and 1 for a child, which are free to use.
