Upon entering, discover 1597 square feet of inviting space to make your own during your Gulf Shores, AL vacation! Sink into the cozy seating in the living room, where one of the sofas converts into a sleeper bed for additional sleeping arrangements, while you indulge in your favorite TV shows. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for six, plus four bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a family style meal. Provided for your morning routines is a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Don't forget to enjoy your coffee while taking in the astounding view of the Gulf of Mexico right from your own personal balcony!
The master suite boasts a luxurious king bed and a generously sized bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. Step directly onto the balcony from the master bedroom for breathtaking views. The second bedroom features a king bed and its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You can ALSO step directly onto the balcony from this bedroom. In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin XL beds with its own private bathroom as well.
When you are ready to venture outdoors, take advantage of the stunning beachfront pool or journey on out to the beach. You can also stay indoors and enjoy the indoor pool, fitness room, and sauna.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $45 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and HANG the parking pass on your rearview mirror in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

The condo was great, it was exactly as described, very clean, kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of linens, towels. The view was amazing, and it was close to many things to walk to and drive if you choose to do so. I would however recommend to the owner that a fresh coat of paint throughout the condo would do it wonders, along with a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom, we could not turn it on for it made a horrible sound at night, the mattress could also stand to be replaced in the master, it slanted slightly to both sides. The only negative to our stay was the elevators were so horribly slow, we were on the 13th floor and at times chose to walk up all 13 flights rather than to wait. There also is a huge discrepancy in your check in information on where to place the tag for your vehicle while parked in the garage, the check in info stated to put this on the drivers side dash (visible) we did this, only to come out and see that we had a warning on our windshield stating that our vehicle would be subject to towing or having a boot put on it for failing to properly display our parking permit. On the permit it states to put it on your mirror. The female security officer that we spoke with was beyond unhelpful and horribly rude while trying to explain that we had conflicting instructions on where to place it.

I can't say enough great things about the Island Tower property. Especially the owners. So very helpful, and the response to any questions or concerns received immediate attention. Highly recommend Island Tower property and stay with Blake!

Everything about this condo was wonderful! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in the perfect location. Some of our family had rented a different condo, but kept commenting on how much nicer our condo was compared to theirs. Blake was awesome and so helpful.

The condo was a great location - able to walk to a few restaurants and shops. The condo was very well stocked in the kitchen - even had extra paper towels, ziploc bags, foil, Tupperware and dish soap! They also supplied 6-8 thick beach towels which definitely came in handy! The unit also had multiple beach chair - all in good condition. The main bed in the primary bedroom was a bit uncomfortable for us but overall the condo was great and I would recommend it to others!

The Wilson retreat is amazing!! The place has amazing views and tons of extras!!! We enjoyed our stay and the host Blake was great!!! The check in process was easy! The condo was clean and we will definitely be back next summer!!!

We had a great time! Location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. We especially loved the furniture on the balcony for lounging while we weren’t on the beach.

My family, friends, and I loved staying at 1302 Island Tower.
The condo is spacious, clean, and well stocked with any and everything you can think of!
The condo has all up to date appliances and furniture. I'm impressed with the closet spaces especially in the master bedroom.
I love how close of a walk it is to the beach from the condo. It's such a short walk in comparison to other places I've stayed.
I love the views from the balcony and privacy provided.
It's also located in a convenient spot within walking distance to several restaurants. Bahama Bobs is right next door & Surfside Pizza is across the street!
Blake is a wonderful host with great communication.
We locked our keys in the room and he was quick to the rescue!
He stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was good and was quick to respond.
Definitely recommended and look forward to business with Blake in the future.

This was a perfect spot to enjoy Hangout Fest. Easy walk to the festival, right on the beach with easy beach access and a pool. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The balcony is huge with amazing views. I highly recommend this property.

We were so impressed with the spacious and homelike feel. The decor tasteful, beds and furniture comfortable and anything you could possible need available. You can tell everything well thought out. Make sure you sit out on huge balcony in the morning to watch the dolphins! My grandson just loved this!

This condo was amazing! My wife and I and our 3 kids really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views of the beach from the living area and bedrooms. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities. The check in and out process was smooth and easy. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will feel at home. We look forward to our next trip.

This was our 3rd trip to GS and by far, the most friendly condo owner to deal with. Blake is so easy to deal with and quick to answer any questions. The condo itself was lovely and super clean. We had 8 people which is the max capacity and still had room. Great location and views! We enjoyed the beach every day of our trip and the balcony at night after we would have dinner! I can't recommend staying here enough! We will definitely be back!! A++++
