Staff was very friendly on the front desk. Hotel is on the highway exit so it is very convenient. Hotel and it's pool was very clean and well maintained and has lots of parking space. Walmart is just right behind the hotel. We liked to stay here.

When we got in the room, I pulled back the sheets and bed covering, and there were dead bugs on the mattress

I know that this property has had an overhaul and I’m very glad. I stayed here when it was a La Quinta, a miserable one and said I’d never stay there again … But new paint and new furnishings doesn’t make up for dirty floors, counters, and toilets. You can slap lipstick on a pig … but it’s still a pig.

I was charged for my $50 refundable deposit and it was never credited back to my account. So I’m very unhappy about that because the hotel room was left in perfect condition and there’s no reason I should not have gotten my deposit back.

The beds seemed clean and were comfortable enough. The bathroom needed updating - new fixtures. The tilework and paint were messy. The room floor seemed sticky like it needed mopping. The A/C never could cool to the desired temperature. The fire alarm battery was dead and itnwas beeping intermittently. (The hotel staff was very helpful with getting that fixed.) The grounds were shabby looking and needed to be cleaned. The walls were paper thin and allowed sound from the adjoining room, which was very noisy. There were very few electric outlets for charging devices and the ones that were available were inconvenient. BUT, the rate was reasonable for a night's sleep, so i guess you get what you pay for.

The room was filthy. When we checked in there was hair all over the bathroom and the floor in the hotel was under construction.

The room was pretty convenient and inexpensive. Very close to what I needed. There’s no breakfast though that was just a bummer because of my kids I wanted to save some time the room that I got was just a tad bit too small the beds. I think we’re full size, just wasn’t enough room for me my husband and my kids. Pretty easy to find.

I attempted to contact the hotel to inform them that our flight was canceled and we wouldn’t be arriving. I was told to contact hotels.com and I tried to explain that…contacting the hotel to cancel was what it instructed me to do. The following day I attempted again and same result. I’m waiting to be charged and I’m gonna be VERY UPSET!

Very bad. So bad I did not stay in the room. Nor the hitel. I did not feel safe. My hotel room was dirty. Phone had no cord. Room unclean. Clock snd lamp not plugged in. Debris putside. It looked like something of a horror movie. I did not stsy. I left and found another hotel. I was disappointed hotel .vom recommended

Booked room with promise of breakfast. No breakfast was available. Bed not comfortable. Non smoking room had the stench of old cigarettes. A/c did not cool room.

The hotel was being renovated so our room was not set up correctly. No trash bin, no glass plate in microwave, floor was not fully cleaned, dust and paint chips from renovation was lying, no breakfast(even if it was included while booking it). I had to take an overnight halt so had no other option at night 11 pm but to stay. I would not suggest to stay here unless the hotel is completely renovated.

This property is currently under renovation and apparently new owners as this was formerly the La Quinta Inn anyways it should be shut down until the changes/updates are complete. The website says “breakfast included “ yet there wasn’t,they have ice machines and vending machines sitting out along with old air conditioner units just sitting on the parking lot,during the stay you could hear loud beating and knocking from I’m guessing the workers yet it was disturbing,towels were short ,the beds were comfy yet the restroom toilet and bathtub were dirty. They issued a room that was still being worked that upon arrival the door was open yet this was our newly checked in room. There is no elevator which is an inconvenience if you have heavy luggage and have to hall it up the stairs,the pool appeared to be clean and nice ,the tree is however a large hole n the ground from I guess plumbing. Just close til you’re done remodeling instead of being greedy and taking folks money but not fully accommodating them.
