Air conditioner did not cool down the room during a summer heatwave and being on the 7th floor. Location was convenient but on a busy main street. Breakfast options were ok.

A perfect located hotel next to the University and the old town and the seaside promenade within a short walking distance. Easy to get around from the location and the room at 8th floor was spacy and clean.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the staff is very friendly. Very nice breakfast.
My room had a very bad (old) smell and the furniture is dated. The bathroom was not very clean.

The room was more than a jail cell. No windows Noise every time I was turning the toilette room light , Children’s bed size. Breakfast with brownish coloured fruits. Staff was helpful

Accommodating and most friendly staff. This seems an independent hotel, and as such they truly are committed to providing a good experience. Not the newest hotel, but quiet, well-kept and the breakfast is outstanding. All in all a terrific value for the price.

Leaking in the bathroom from the toilet meant the floor was flooded every time the toilet was flushed. When I reported it they told me it was because of the shower I took - I had not taken a shower!! The staff are rude and take you for an idiot. They did eventually move me to another room but it was a struggle. STAY AWAY!

The property faces onto a very busy road. So if you open your window, the room is quickly filled with exhaust fumes. The air conditioner in my room was only working on the hot setting. So I had to open the window.
On the other hand, the breakfast is excellent, as is the food served by the restaurant in the evening.

Run down and old fashioned. Desperately needs a renovation, at least the floor carpet changed. Despite the great location, I would not stay there again

Ageing hotel in a nice location. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The air-conditioning, however, functioned poorly, and the wi-fi was intermittent. Facilities are kind of wearing out. There is pay parking nearby.

We stayed in basic room and it was. But very clean and daily change of towels, sheets etc. Did have air con and fridge which were essential for heat. Ideal location for University and White Tower. Good value for money. There were better quality rooms with balcony and updated decor. If we went back we would ask for one of those- not courtyard view which was a tenement. Everything was fine.

The main advantage is that the surrounding area is quiet. Hotels in the center of Thessaloniki, e.g. near Ladadika, can be very noisy, especially on weekends. Having said that, I must add that there were still drunk people walking in the corridor during the night making some noise.
