It is quiet and convenient place. Very good transportations both Jomtien and Center directions. Close to Bus station to airport. Some details required attention - e.g. linen change, balcony parapet repair, illumination.

Had a lovely stay again the pool is fantastic but needed cleaning not done every day as before.but I’ve already booked for January as it’s such a wonderful place to stay close to everything but also very quiet.

Good central location with fantastic pool. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is within 12 minutes walk from walking street.

I stayed on rooftop. So quiet. The bungalow has adequate facilities. No breakfast but there are eating places just outside entrance. Checkout amazing .no hanging about.

I found this hotel very nice, my deluxe room was on the roof. There was splendid city view. Also, I would recommend for quiet place, good transportations both to Jomtien and Second road. Laundry, 7-11, eatery, motobikes, all are accessible by few steps. My small negatives are: weak WiFi on the roof (it is easy to fix for administration I think), a bed has no headboard and the shower fixture is not fixing.

I can also give reputation to the motorcycle rent very near to this hotel because this hotel is a bit far from beach and noisy walking street. Oh yes staff was ok too. Room had a working safety box. All in all, i recommend.

Located on Soi 7 Thappraya road it is good for the baht bus and close also to the main coach station for the airport. There are one or two restaurants nearby but remember this is Pattaya and you are never far away from street food. If you have a motorbike you can park it without worry as there is a guard present 24/7. I stayed in the one of the rooftop wooden villas with a nice view and good veranda, sadly no lift but I do need the exercise. Everything in my villa worked well (including wifi) and I felt quite comfortable there, the bed too was good quality. If you are a male travelling solo please ask the manager (Nok) about their joiner policy. I would say this hotel represents very good value and would place it on my shortlist for my next visit.

Short Guy at reception desk insisted the whole stay that I printed out my bills at the hotel or no bond back. When I presented the printed invoices with a receipt (it was giving me headache so didn't want to pay for it) he got quite rude and insulting , I let it go but it shouldn't happen for such a hotel
