POOL/SPA HEATING OPTIONS - Enjoy a warm dip? If you'd like the pool or Spa heated during your stay or on certain days, just give us a heads-up. Here are the heating charges:
- Pool heating per day (10am-5pm): $100
- Spa heating per day (5 hours of your choice): $50

MUSIC POLICY - Unfortunately, as per Palm Springs Sound Ordinance, Music is strictly prohibited outside. Please keep music indoors with doors and windows closed. If the city is called and there is a fine issued, the guest will be responsible for paying any fines. Thank you for understanding!

BEING A GOOD NEIGHBOR - Let's be mindful of our neighbors while enjoying the pool and outdoor spaces. Please keep noise levels low and remember to be respectful, especially during quiet hours from 10pm - 10am. If you're using the fire pit or outdoor areas during these hours, please keep noise to an minimum. Thanks for spreading the good vibes!

POOL CLEANING SCHEDULE - Our pool cleaner comes by on Thursdays & Saturdays (usually in the morning). He has access to the side gate, so you may see him around. Just a heads-up, he won't knock on the door to announce his arrival

CRIB - We provide a standard-size crib ready for your little one to snooze in. To maintain a clean and healthy sleeping environment, we ask that you bring your own fitted sheet for the crib

TAX - There is a 12.5% tax required for all short term rentals and hotels in Palm Springs which will be collected through VRBO after your stay
