2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with pacific themed decor on western side of complex with views over the Maritime Museum, the Waitemata Harbour and the Harbour Bridge. Expansive covered sunny deck.
Located on the 4th floor of Shed 22, this spacious 106 m2 apartment has two bathrooms (ensuite with bath and shower) there is a king bed in the master bedroom and the twins in the second bedroom can also be zipped together to create another king bed if required. Both bedrooms and the lounge open onto the private 64 m2 deck, which has views west over the Waitemata Harbour to the Bridge. Unlimited Wifi package included. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. All linen provided and the apartment is serviced weekly and on departure.
Please note that there's a motorcycle parked at the end of the parking spot. So if your car is too long, it may not fit. The parking height limit is 2 meters.
No swimming pool or gym within this complex. But there is a public pool nearby - Auckland Municipal Tepid Baths.
We are not located on site but we our office is close by and we can easily be contacted by email or text. This property is one of a number of private apartments we manage in the complex and throughout the CBD so just ask us what else is available if this one doesn't suit your needs or is already booked.
Sit on the deck and enjoy the late afternoon sun with a view over the water.
Go downstairs and the cafes and restaurants of the Viaduct Harbour area are right there.
Fantastic location which is close to Britomart Transport Hub and the Ferry Terminal.
Quinovic Viaduct reserves the right to cancel a booking and offer a full refund or a replacement booking at its discretion.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change.
No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.
Key collection is from our office which is 500 meters from the complex.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
