Escape to Grays Crossing, a breathtaking 3,400 sq ft cabin nestled in the serene Lake Prosser Heights, just outside Truckee. Just moments away from Grays Crossing Golf Course, and less than 10 from Prosser Lake, this stunning retreat is the ultimate mountain escape, offering luxury and privacy while keeping you close to all that Lake Tahoe has to offer.
Step inside to discover a spacious interior with an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The heart of the main floor is the dining area, showcasing vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a magnificent stone fireplace. Two dining tables provide ample space for large gatherings. On one side of this grand space, the living area invites you to unwind with its comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV. On the other side, the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and an island with barstool seating, is perfect for preparing delicious meals.
From the main floor, step outside to the expansive deck. Here, you’ll find an outdoor dining area and grill, perfect for evening BBQs. The deck wraps around into multiple balconies with seating, offering a more private escape to enjoy the stunning outdoors.
A sweeping grand staircase takes you upstairs, where a small living area overlooking the main floor provides additional space to hang out. Four comfortable bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The Primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 each feature a king bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathrooms. With walk-in showers, jacuzzi tubs, and unique two-way fireplaces visible from both the bedroom and the bathroom, these bedrooms exude both comfort and elegance. Bedroom 3 offers a cozy queen bed, while Bedroom 4 is ideal for kids or friends with its two twin bunk beds.

- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note there is no air conditioning.
- Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.
Parking Details:
- Up to 5 cars can be parked onsite.
- Parking is available in the driveway and garage.
- No street parking allowed.
- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
