HOUSE RULES:

This is a family friendly home and the main floor is occupied by the host.

Please remove your shoes as you enter the main entrance door. There are NO SHOES allowed within the premises.

Please use the organics (under kitchen sink) and recycling bin (laundry room) as needed

1. No Smoking Policy ($500 Penalty): Guests are strictly prohibited from smoking inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. A Penalty fee ($500) WILL be charged for violating this rule to cover the cost of deep cleaning.


2. No Parties or Events ($500 Penalty): Guests are not allowed to host parties or events on the premises without prior approval from the host. This is to maintain the peace and security of the property and neighborhood. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction and additional charges. (Guest who is making the reservation must provide ID and be over the age of 25+)


3. Maximum Occupancy: There is an additional guest charge of $25 per guest per day beyond 2 guests. There is a maximum limit of 5 guests within the suite. Unauthorized guests are not allowed at the property. Please notify the host if you will have visitors prior to their arrival.


4. Quiet Hours ($500 Penalty): Guests are expected to respect the quiet hours established by the host (11 PM - 8 AM). Excessive noise during these times WILL result in penalties or complaints from neighbors.


5. No Pet Policy ($500 Penalty): Guests should adhere to the host's NO PET policy.


6. Check-in and Check-out Times ($100 Per Hour -Penalty) : Guests are expected to adhere to the check-in and check-out times (Check-In 4:00pm – Check-Out 11am). Late check-out without prior approval WILL result in additional charges.


7. Damage ($$$) charge penalty for damaged property or items by the guests during their stay.


8. Extra Cleaning Fee: For bookings longer than 2 days there is an additional cleaning fee charge of $30. Extra soiled towels and linens are subject to an additional fee at the hosts' discretion.


9. Cancellation Policy: Guests should familiarize themselves with the host's strict cancellation policy, which dictates the terms for cancelling a reservation and any applicable fees.


10. Local Regulations: Guests are expected to comply with local laws and regulations, including those related to noise, parking, and waste disposal.


These rules and charges help ensure all a pleasant experience and to protect the property from any potential damages or disruptions.
