In the main entrance there is a KeyLocker which has on top a sticker smartbnb.

Hot Water Instructions:

The button for the hot water it is located behind a pillar close to the entrance.You press the switch start ,wait 30 minutes.

After that you will have hot water

Check out time is 11:00.

When you leave please deposit your keys back in the lock box before 11.00 am using the same code you used to retrieve your keys when you checked in.

Please note that failure to leave your keys may incur addiotional charges (up to 100 euros) if we are unable to locate your keys after check out.
