Good clean room for quick rest after long business days. Used it to sleep and that’s it and can’t complain. Nothing spectacular but definitely cleaner and more updated than other properties in the area.

Check in was easy. When we got to our room, we discovered the toilet seat was broken. Later into our stay, we noticed that the toilet would not flush. I had to manually flush the toilet by hand! Also, the toilet water ran our entire 1 night stay. There were no end tables next to the beds, but there was a small shelf between the two beds. That small shelf was leaning down towards the floor. Overall, the room was not in the greatest condition! For this hotel having the Ramada name, I expected a whole lot better!

the bar was overly priced for payingas much as i did to stay the barshouldve been free to get in for hotel guests 20$ to get in 40$ for bucket of beer ridiculous, kids screaming kicking our room door while trying to sleep , the breakfast needs more to it either more waffle makers or more food because had to wait in a long line for one waffle, the shower water was cold even on the hot setting, sheets werent clean.

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. At night it was quiet and I was able to sleep.

Good but pool is isce cold. And they have all glass windows so every person walking by stares at you. They should lightly tint the windows. People in bathing suits don't want to be stared at

Furnishing was nice, service was nice. Some spots in and around the room looked aged, dirty, unattended to. The bar connected to the lobby had the music way too loud. You hear it immediately upon entering the doors of the lobby. Bar could be more enjoyable with just a bit of a volume adjustment.

Pulling into the hotel, I could immediately tell it wasn’t what it was advertised. I walked in, noticed the “restaurant/bar/lounge” was closed. Upon checking in, I asked about it. They said their permit is going through so they’re unable to open right now. I let them know that’s false advertising, and was one of the main reasons I booked for my family to stay. (Young kids, food IN the hotel, WIN). So I was automatically upset, aside from the fact the outside looks disgusting and run down. We get to the room, the floors are sticky, it smells so we’re switched to another room. I grab the key IN TEARS to our new room asking if there was a way we could get a refund, told no of course. New room, floor still dirty, THIS TIME THE BED WAS WET. What was supposed to be a good night with my family, turned into some dirty stay. My whole family slept ON TOP of the covers, and left at 9 am the next morning. Hotels.com tried to rectify the situation and try and get me a refund because they were upset with it all themselves, and again 3 TIMES they were even told no. Do NOT bring your family here. If you need something on the cheaper side, go elsewhere. It’s not what’s advertised, and they clearly don’t care whatsoever.

peaceful quiet stay. comfy, cozy. could use more toilet paper in bathrooms. breakfast was delicious 😋. comfy beds. clean and safe 👌

My stay was good and restful. Priyanka, who work at the front seat, was very patient with me when I first arrived. I had an issue with my card. She always had a pleasant smile on her face. All the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and hot. I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Connecticut. The kids enjoyed the pool as well

It was horribly dirty! They had hair in the shower, the toilet hadn’t been clean and it wreaked of wet dog!! It was a horrible experience!

My door that was jointed to the other room didn’t have a lock on it and it was okay the first day the second day I had to check out early someone was placed into the room next to me and they were trying to get into my room thank god for my spouse yelling hello what are you doing and they stopped I can only imagine if I stayed that night what would have happened I was so scared I rushed out thinking they might follow me

It was horribly dirty! They had hair in the shower, the toilet hadn’t been clean and it wreaked of wet dog!! It was a horrible experience!

The stay in general was good,service was great,comfy rooms,the bathroom not so good needs upgrade,good breakfast could be better.
