The property was great due to how close it was to the central part of the city. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The only thing was you needed to be buzzed into the hotel after past 10pm. You would need for someone to let you in from the street after 10pm.

When i got there they had given away all their rooms, and had no rooms available, even though i had confirmed my reservation online less tha one hour before getting there. If it appears available and you confirm a room through expedia, it should be guaranteed.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is very good. The room we had was small but clean and had a small balcony that was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever make it back we would stay there again.

I am a wheelchair user and these folks took excellent care of me at very economical prices. I am happy I stayed here for two weeks. 10/10 satisfied.

Great hotel and staff. Location is great and the rooms are comfy. Only issue is coming in and out of the building. The gate is locked a lot of the times and you have to ring the bell every time to get in/out. They are also very strict on the maximum guest per room policy. Overall very happy with my stay as the price to value Is unbeatable.

Nice clean room with balcony, well located, and consistently warm shower! Only issue was poor wifi, the connection drops all the time.

Pleasant and helpfull staff. Good value. Good breakfast. Free water and tea. Quiet in the night. Only 5 min walk to the city- center and the market. A short walk to the river.

Hotel is located in Centro Historico and thus is well located. Room was clean and reasonably large in size. Shower had lots of hot water and staff were very helpful. Some of whom spoke English which certainly helped. I think for half my stay I was the only guest in the place which didn’t hurt. The main doors to the hotel were almost always locked so getting in and out was sometimes a little tricky. It took a little getting used to do. Other than that the place was good value.

The hotel was everything I wanted close to the center of the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful even gave me an early breakfast on my last day so that I had lots of time to catch my bus to Quito.
