The flat seems new and has modern decor. No air conditioning and it can be hot and humid. Noisy location. Easy walking ~0.4 mile away from metro and/or subway.

This is my 2nd visit of STAY Seaport. I experienced the change of Copenhagen, especially where the location of the hotel is. When I 1st came here, there is no Metro connected to, no other supermarket but only Netto, no building in front on the hotel. It changed a lot. I can find many restaurants to fulfil my stomach. There is a pier at Orientkaj that is 10mins walk to the hotel. I can go back to the hotel easily by taking the ship after paying a visit to the Little Mermaid. There is a lot of choices of welcome drinks, which I think it is very good. The staff is very helpful, always give me a big hand on my query. I would like to say that the lady at the reception is very good but I did not ask for her name. When I ask where I can I find the post box to send my postcards, she tried the best of her to find me the post box at Ostbanegade 120. Although I cannot find it at that location, I really appreciate her effort to help me. I would like to give her a big thank you. For the apartment itself, I have some comments: 1. better prepare some knives and forks for us. 2. the shower is damaged before I moved in. 3. The tripod of the TV is quite close to the dinning table. People can easy kick on it and make some damage. 4. The shower oil and shampoo are very good. 5. The dinning table is very good. I can chat with my wife whiling she is making dinner.

A fantastic property, in a great community location {i.e. no touristy}, but easily accessible to all attractions and excellent customer service!

Stay seaport is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to city center. Front desk staff are super friendly . The apartment is so big and well maintained. The property is 5 minutes walk to Metro and 10 minutes ride to city center. Grocery stores and restaurant are cross the street.

City Break, not bad location with access to a couple of stores, restaurants and cinema. Easy access to transport links. Copenhagen card is a must, saves so much money.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It was really easy to find in a great location near transport, shops, harbour baths and a rooftop exercise playground! The staff were very helpful especially the young man who greeted us on arrival and our apartment was lovely, spacious and clean with a nice view. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

An amazing few days exploring the city. This hotel was a great base, away from the crowds but still close enough to amble in to access all the sights.

We had a two bedroom apartment and it was wonderful! So much space with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a full washer and dryer. Everyone at reception was very nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Incredibly stylish accommodation with rooms furnished with pieces from the likes of Flos HAY and Vitra. Location is ideal to explore the city.

Superb apartment - well equipped for what we needed. We had a sea view room which was lovely. The reception team were really helpful and accommodating. Only negative for the apartment was it was very warm (28 C inside despite no heating in and all windows and doors wide open - only 19/20 C outside!). The area was great, lots of coffee shops and restaurants around, and 2 supermarkets nearby. Really close to lots of transport options too. It was very easy to get in from the airport and to get around Copenhagen itself from there. Would definitely recommend the area.

Although the area still has some construction, it didn't affect us so much as we were out during the day and the noise stopped by the time we got back each evening. The sea view from the balcony was calming, if we ignored the construction sight behind us. It would have been nice to have a fan in the bedroom because it got a bit stuffy on those hot nights when we closed the patio door. But with the door open, there was a refreshing breeze. The hotel is close to supermarkets and restaurants, and a 5minute walk to a subway station, 7min to a rail station, and an easy 15min walk to the ferry terminal. We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment with sea view. The apartment was beautiful and it was lovely to wake up to the sunrise over the harbour. Having 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance was very useful. Negatives were: No microwave in apartment Construction work on all sides was very noisy.

Terrific property. Easy check in. Spacious and well appointed. Great view of water. There is a lot of construction happening in this area as it’s growing. It’s a bit away from City center but it’s a quick train or taxi ride (10 minutes) from the iconic brightly colored buildings/canal. Would definitely stay again.
