Staff was great food was good! Local entertainment was excellent before Ramada took over. Been to this facility about 4 times. New owners could go back to local talent for entertainment!!

It is a resort with these qualities the evening activities and the food, the really perfect buffet. but I would have recommended that we make another distribution of the properties and make available smart TVs in this sense I do not know if in the other rooms there but in mine it was a TV casi in black and white of the 80's. Thanks we for the best appreciated.

This was our 3rd time at The Royal Decameron. Unfortunately the service has dropped a little. The meals were repetitive, not a lot to offer for vegetarians. There was also cats and kittens walking through the dining area while we were eating, sitting and crying while watching us eat (annoying). We booked for 15 days and the TV worked once on yhe 1st day of our arrival then had no signal for about seven days (apparently issue with cable company). All the security guards were excellent and helpful at all times. We enjoyed the massage services by Ocean.

Everything is good enough for vacationers. services are available once request and so friendly. Comment: Transportation from and to the airport should let customer know or confirm in advance the schedule. So is the tour.

Entertainment was great. Loved the day and evening Entertainment. Nice, affordable and relaxing resort.

Decameron hotel is great! Peter the Food & beverage manager made our stay very memorable! My mom had a birthday and he made her feel like a queen on her day! He is an asset to Decameron for sure. Please note Decameron that these 3 staff members are representing the hotel like champs 🏆! Greatest of weekend ever

My stay was awesome, the staff was lovely, they met your every need, the lady named Amoy at the front desk was amazing. Everything was clean and each night brings in different entertainment. I enjoyed every moment.

My family and I became very paranoid and felt unsafe after an incident with a waiter who asked my daughter if she could give them sex in response to asking for the use of a microwave. The bathroom had poor drainage and was not fixed till our last night of stay after making a complaint from day 1. Even then the issue was still not resolved. The workers do not exercise any good mannerism; no good morning or good evening, no enjoy your meal or stay. My son had to ask for water at dinner after seeing others served without asking. We could not turn on the fan because it was dirty, and though we asked for it to be cleaned, it was never done. They split shower curtains in two to service rooms and hence the bathroom is always getting wet after every shower. Overall this experience was very distasteful and heartbreaking. I wanted to take my kids out to where I am from and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The only decent thing was the entertainment. We will never go back there again nor will I be recommending it to anyone. Be on the look out for tags and mentions about your worker and proof of his nasty behavior to my daughter. Very heartbreaking. Do better!!!

Overall a great stay! This is a nice all inclusive if you are planning a party trip or lots of off site activities, the cottages were nice and quaint, food was mostly in the main dining room but had lots of options and tasted delicious! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Only negative was room service didn’t come much, even after we asked them to or called for missing items.

Overall it was very good my only draw back was the bathroom with shower curtain and bath floor was to clean bath needs to be repalaced bathroom needs to upgrade

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and professional. the hotel rooms are badly in need of renovations. if that's done the grew will definitely return.
