Property definitely needs an update! But, it had a comfortable bed, no bugs and I felt safe! Those things are more important to me than paint. Having a stove, plates, pots and pans and utensils was a plus! We would stay again. Check in was quick and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful!

We just stayed here during Mustang week, it was great! No complaints at all! Staff was very friendly! Room was good! They had pretty much everything we needed, except a spatula and food! Walmart was near by! I would stay here again! We checked in after labor day, there wasn’t too many people! I would say the outside could use a little tlc! It was clean in our room! We had a great time!

It’s an older property but it was clean and was a good rental for the money

We stayed for two days and any problem we had was immediately fixed. The rooms are alittle dated but very clean and the pool area is beautiful, easy access to the beach with rinse off stations. I wouldn’t mind staying again. We did have to buy a fan for the bedroom because the air flow isn’t the best.

This property is in need of updates. Very outdated and could not even see the beach from our room. Windows are stained and need to be replaced. Staff was friendly and room was clean

The property overall for the price was good.The building needs some work on the outside, painting ect. The pool area was great one of the cleanest swimming pools both pools ive ever been in. Front desk was pleasant and nice. I did have a snake crawl in my room the first night nothing against the resort just nature but they had no way of helping with the situation because they have no maint or front desk after 8 p.m. also beach area not as crowded as myrtle beach.Laundry staff was also very nice and helpful. Overall i would stay again.

The rooms are very clean

Walls were dirty. Sheets were stained. It said ocean view. I had to hang my head over balcony in order to see. The workout room was dirty gloomy and felt nasty. Pool was nice and on beach.

Entire property look in major disrepair. Very dirty everywhere. Musty air in rooms, A/C's barely work at all. The desk help wee nice and tried to help but it was just a terrible place.

First of all we booked a two bedroom with a queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other. We got there and had a queen in both bedrooms/ we were traveling with 2 kids and an infant. We were told there were no other rooms available. So we had to make do. Secondly, we repeatedly called the front desk to let them know that there was no air conditioning in either bedrooms. Maintenance came and said he would report it to his supervisor. This happened twice and nothing was done to repair it. We had to go buy fans so that we would be able to sleep. Then when we checked out Deloris said that maintenance had checked off twice the the air was repaired and it wasn’t. She also said that we should have been given a portable air conditioner for the bedrooms. I would really like for upper management to please get in touch with me.

Where to begin?? INCREDIBLE. The apartment gave us SO MUCH SPACE and the view from the 3rd floor was spectacular. We listened to the ocean waves for hours in the evenings, from our TWO balconies. Everything was walking distance -- restaurants, para sailing, all the things.

At our stay. The room itself was nice. Except the stove was dirty. There is no one that comes and gives clean towels or linen. They have a certaim time that you can go to the linen exchange room. Even then you only get what u take back to them. No trash service. You have to empty the trash into trash bins that are located right besides the elevator. Which gets stinky in the heat. Outside walkways need cleaned badly. Also only one hot tub was working and you could only get to use it if you wait in line. That was a disappointment. But other than that. Hotel had a great view from the balcony. The balcony could be a little bigger. Overall. For the price it wasnt that bad. Definitely not a higher class hotel
