Definitely my favourite stay after 3 months of travelling NZ. Such a lovely, quiet location with parking right outside. So nice to be able to see the chickens & visit the pigs and fresh fruit from the grounds were left in my room on arrival. Super friendly & helpful staff too

Beautiful scenery, really peaceful and relaxing. Close the town, the people were very friendly and helpful.

The property was perfect, it had everything you would need for a break away. It was nice and secluded, warm and clean. Thank you Claus for letting us stay in such a beautiful cottage, we loved our stay and will definitely return. Dyson( our dog) also says thank you, he loved meeting the Kune Kune pigs.

Lovely place. Very comfortable. I kept to myself, mostly, but the owner was very hospitable, and it made for a very nice stay for a few days in Northland.

Very tidy and clean cottage, fully equipped with everything you need. Klaus is an excellent host with good knowledge of the local area; he has great stories to share if you allow him the opportunity! Loved the orange groves and animals on the property. I would recommend this place without reservation. Cheers; David Durham

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was really laid back and a perfect environment if you’re into the simple things in life. Our 7 year old enjoyed meeting other kids in the pool and having our own kitchen was great - we rented a cabin. She also loved playing with the dog and seeing the Kunekune pigs Kerikeri is in close proximity to the lovely beaches in northland so great base for some day trips

Visited by friendly chickens, dog and pukekos, we visited the kunekune pigs, all wild life human friendly, possibly cupboard love. Cottage is a full size 2 bedroom home with luxury spa bath, heated towel rails, large couch, dining table and well equipped kitchen, both bedrooms had king beds that could be split into singles. Did not get to use the pool due to weather but appeared clean. If you want a quiet rural setting in easy driving distance (10 min) to tourist attractions this is it!

Bedroom was small and bathrooms are shared, but this was the cleanest, quietest hostel-type accommodation ever! It is set in the middle of an orange orchard and mature garden. Truly a place to stop and relax from the hectic tourist pace

Lovely peaceful place to stay with the gorgeous smell of the orange grove. Everything we needed and the cabins are well set out. Very handy to KeriKeri. The owners were very friendly and accomodating

great place to go to get away from the hustle & bustle and enjoy a really comfortable & quiet place to that offers privacy and a touch of paradise. The drive up appearance is not quite what I expected but the staff are friendly and the place is rustic but our unit was A1
