Excellent hotel, would recommend and return

Hotel is so cute and friendly. Service was incredible. We had an issue with our AC and they were at our room within 5 minutes.

It was terrible. When one pays over $500 a night for a hotel it should be a good stay. A guy in a t-shirt checked us in and I guess that’s ok but it was downhill from there. The only towel rack in the bathroom with a very small sink half taken up by stacked towels was not attached to the wall on one side, it was on the floor. When I asked them to fix it on the first day of a 2 day stay they said they would but they did not. Same with the safe told them the first day and they said they would but they did not do anything. They valet service for the hotel is not linked to the hotel and there is only room for a bout 4 or five cars for the entire valet process which we had very bad experience with. The location of this hotel is excellent, this is an old, tired not well managed hotel that is a hard pass for us going forward, most notably at a $500 plus price point.

Horrible experience - worst hotel stay in many years . Hotel was just opening and there was so much wrong it’s too long to list .
