We had a really good experience other than the parking issue. I think people in other rooms had parties with friends over and took over the parking spaces. Had a big jacked up truck backed up in front of our room door and almost couldn't get out the door and we had to park down the other end of lot.

The unit was clean and updated. Only complaint was our tv didn’t work. Only could get spectrum news channel 😞

I wasn’t gonna leave a bad comment regarding this place because at the end of the day I had a great time with my family, but it’s definitely false advertisement. It looks nothing like what I expected to see. There were several people that commented the same thing I have videos. I have pictures of broken items and now when I woke up, I find a message from the Property manager stating that they were going to charge me for two hand towels that were too dirty. That was actually coffee that I cleaned trying to be nice that pissed me off to the point that now I am gonna leave a nasty review there were several things that were broken. I informed them as soon as I got there to the hotel or the motel because it’s not a hotel it’s a motel big difference from a suite. My kid even got bedbugs in the process.

This property is a converted motel with an excellent location in New Smyrna Beach. Just walk across the street a way and you are at the beach! We enjoyed our stay there. Jeremy was very responsive to our needs. (One of us was staying on the couch and needed a blanket, and there weren't any hangers in the closet, so he brought them by). However, the sofa couch was a torture chamber for my adult daughter. She barely slept the whole time we were there. And as a cook, the kitchen was just a suggestion The wifi was also spotty and slow. All in all, I would stay there again even with these hiccups. Probably not with three people in the unit, though.

The only negative thing is when I arrived back after dinner Friday and Saturday night there was no parking space for me By Sunday night the lot was empty for the rest of the week Maybe have a assigned unit parking

The place had a great brand new pool. The management was easy to get a hold of and responded to questions instantly. The only downside was the air conditioner broke and a few other maintenance issues during our stay but the management had workers out the next day and the suites are getting renovated in the next couple of weeks. This is a great place that you can just walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with items so you can cook and have coffee. There are beach towels ready for use. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice units but the bathroom needed attention . The tiles were old and shower and tub spout was leaking but overall nice stay

The room was nice and clean. Location wasn't the absolute best as there was a lot of traffic noise, but parking was great and free, easy in and out of property. The AC was down in our suite but Jeremy fixed us right up with a portable unit
