Stelios and family amazing.Garden and pool area gorgeous. Needs to fix the jacuzzi end of the pool though.

Good for: Price, private-ish location, closeness to bars, restaurants, beach, transport links. Pleasant garden/pool area. Nice owners who are helpful. Could be better: Studio room was small and had little to no storage space. Tiny, cramped shower with either cold or scalding hot water. Sandwiched in between noisy family rooms.

NICE SMALL APARTMENT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. EXCELLENT COMMUNITY AROUND THE PROPERTY. VERY SAFE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Had a brilliant stay,arrived too early for our room but was given nescafe and cake then went to have a look around outside,Nicholas is up a side road but very close to the resort,turn left at the main road and go to the Atlas supermarket you will get everything you need there., we had a balcony that has an adjustable sun blind with a table and two chairs and a screen that separates the apartments,a washing airer was over the balcony with pegs which was handy,a lovely sized pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and a lovely little garden with coloured lighting. Our studio had a double bed with kitchenette and in the bathroom the normal shower tray squashed in by the toilet which is normal in Greece,we had to pop up the shower head by using the lid of the deodorant as the hook was floppy but hey no problem. It was all kept so clean and the towels were replaced frequently and they had a lovely fresh smell as did the bed sheets,my only gripe is I don't agree in paying for a safe €10,they should be included,we also didn't pay for AC. The bus for Chania is on the main road outside as are the taxi ranks,the Wi Fi is free and good at the studio so thank you....we would recommend Nicholas and stay here again.

This was a lastinute, out of season break chosen on price and location. The apartments were excellent value for money - and extremely quiet and peaceful. Within a day of booking the owner, Stelios, had emailed to say hello, and to let us know the pool would be out of action for winter. Not a problem at all, but his communicating that information was an indication of how seriously he takes his job. If you want luxury go elsewhere, but if you want good value, clean, tidy, well located, and friendly holiday apartments then your money would be well spent here.

Arrived early from ferry Stellios picked me up from the nearby bus stop Agi Marina very nice spot

With 8 letting studios and plenty of space it's a gem. The owners keep the place immaculate, the rear garden is a wonderful quiet retreat. The location is perfect being off the main street but 400m from the beach, 50m from a handy mini supermarket and 50m from a selection of restaraunts with loads more close by. Loved this place and great value
