Great place for a base in Rome - the location is perfect. Our apartment was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed). Our room had a terrace which was beautiful when the sun was out - plus there is a restaurant downstairs from the apartments which is excellent.
Will definitely return here when visiting Rome in the future.

It was a spacious & very clean apartment in the heart of Rome.We enjoyed our time.

This place was very nice. We especially liked that they had a washer/dryer machine. The only thing we didn’t like about the apartment we were in is that the bedroom windows could use some blackout blinds. The lights from the restaurant outside were very bright and shined into the bedroom all night making it difficult to sleep. There were drapes in the bedroom, but if you closed them, it blocked the air conditioning.

Although the property was nice the lady at the front desk was just a nightmare to deal with. She was incredibly rude; even denying us access to the room because we told her we would pay the late checkin fee ( yes there is a late checkin fee if you arrive after 7pm) in the afternoon because we had not exchanged dollars to Euros yet. If felt like she thought we were going to pay. Everyone else was nice but this lady was horrible. Ruined the whole stay for us; she did not even open the door for my 11 year old daughter while my daughter was struggling with her luggage.

I absolutely loved the place. We booked a 2 storey apartment with a large terrace. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was everything I was looking for to make our stay in Rome even more enjoyable - clean, spacious, right next to shopping and restaurants. The apartment complex is gated which was very appreciated. This company charged me for damage that was done on there sofa when I did not commit any damage to anything whatsoever this place is just fraud and take your money, they’re staff told me that I should be letting them know about these things but I am a guest not a worker at this company to be looking around or noticing any issues to there rooms, completely unacceptable. Avoid staying here at all costs if you want to get scammed, terrible experience.

I liked that it was clean.
I didn’t like that you must check in by 7pm.
They don’t have 24 hour front desk.
And their restaurants hours were not convenient. Also we lost WiFi most of the time we were there. They stored our luggage and when we needed it back the office was closed and we had to wait a while. Not enough staff

Nice, high-end apartment located one block off an affluent shopping street. Next to the Piaza del Popolo and near the subway and a train stop. Near the Spanish Steps. Was a wonderful place to come home to after spending long days exploring Rome on foot. Convenient for walking to most tourist sites.
