- Please note that this unit is located directly beneath another apartment, so impact noise from the guests staying above might be a bother. May not be best for infants or light sleepers.
- This booking for a an entire unit with private entrance. Neither Unit A nor Unit B has access to the others.
- No smoking inside the home
- No pets
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am
- Ceiling height is 8ft, best suited for average height people.
- Home is self-catering, which means we will provide all the necessary supplies to get you started, such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If you run out, there is a local supply store down the street where you can get more.
- Thermostat access is restricted because it is shared between the upstairs and downstairs units. However, we ensure that the temperature is maintained at a comfortable level between 68 and 71 degrees Fahrenheit.
