It was quiet and cozy. It's right beside a coffee/smoothie shop, and right across the street from a nice restaurant and big pier called Oceanic. It has its own pool, it does have steps but also an elevator. You get your own parking space for your specific room. The people that worked the front desk were very friendly. They offer pool towels for your stay. The beds were very comfortable and my family had a great time. The traffic was a little busy but it could have been because it was college move in weekend.

We greatly enjoyed our 2 night getaway at this wonderful property. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and in a short walk distance from the beach. We have found our destination for future visits!

This was a very charming place. It did lack some basics on the cooking supplies, flatware and stemware, but overall a nice place.

Dirty toilet dirty couch that smelled like sweat and mysterious spills around the apartment. No glasses for water either and water tasted weird

It was a very nice property I had some trouble getting checked in for some reason which took over 30 minuets . Also be ware the price they put here that includes the taxes and fees is wrong I was charged 150 more for 1 night thank price that was posted . I didn’t like that surprise

This is a great property. Close to the beach, walking distance from a pier. Quiet, and the beach was not busy.

Nice place to stay close to the beach, a little outdated but comfortable and cozy, all of the wood decking needs replaced (Splinter in the foot) and nails coming up.

Parking at location convenient, coffee shop next door, oceanic and beach across street. Pool was clean and nice to have after beach.

I stayed here for a few nights by myself for vacation and felt super safe. I had a great view of the ocean and the staff was incredibly nice. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here before. The location is amazing just one row back from the beach with peek-a-boo views from the balcony and free onsite parking. We really appreciate that SandPeddler doesn't tack on an additional "resort fee". It appears each unit is individually owned. This unit was more dated than others we have stayed in with some mildew on shower curtain and carpet throughout. Internet/Cable would not work in unit. Front office is only open 10-5. Overall a great value for a comfortable beach stay.

This was a splurge of a trip and not to have housekeeping was a huge let down. The bathroom was small and not well cleaned. We had theee people and two towels for a 2 day stay. We returned to this location because of the great experience we had the first time…I don’t think we will be back for a third time.

PROS: This property is in a great location next to an incredible coffee shop right across from the beach. The coffee shop is open early and closes late, so you will always have a place to hangout after the beach. It is also across from the Oceanic, which was pretty good. To make the reservation, the staff was friendly and helpful. CONS: The bed in unit #206 could use replaced. While the overall accommodations were okay, the bed was not comfortable at all. We didn’t sleep well for two days. The room also had a bit of a musty smell. You can hear the footsteps of the people above you. As soon as we started to fall asleep, we were awakened by everyone's loud footsteps above us. I am sure there are probably better units - we just can't recommend this one.
