Situated in the city center, this welcoming apartment brings all of North Bay Village within your reach. With convenient uncovered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 11-minute drive to Fontainebleau or the 13-minute drive to Miami Beach Boardwalk.
As you settle into the place, you'll find a BBQ grill and air conditioning. Enjoy the free WiFi and Smart TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. The. Building property was very neglected dirty lobby was not nice and the apartment had paint peeling bathroom was tiny and very bad trim was old and the room was just old and not nice at all I will never stay or recommend this place they had tiles for a wall for the counters in the bathroom and kitchen just a run down place it was clean the only thing was it had a nice view needs a total remodel .

It’s a bit confusing that you have to deal with a third-party host in order to receive access to the property even though you are booking it through Expedia. Even after check-in, things had to be clarified with the third-party host before I was given access to the property.
