The apartment was clean and nice. Good view of the ocean. Outdoor Pool and jacuzzi available. On the beach. I had a problem with the booking, but the manager and staff straightened it out with no complaints. Very nice people and efficient!

Place is as shown in pictures. I didn’t notice the sq footage. It is small! We were able to get this at the last minute so I can’t complain.Front desk folks are very nice.

Property was clean and very nice and quiet. The only concern I had was they don’t want you to put the comforters in with the laundry with the sheets and towels and such when you leave. So I’m not sure when/if they get washed.

I was with my sister and our teenage sons for Spring break. I brought a lot of things from home but they also had a fully stocked kitchen equipping with everything from Tupperware to a teapot. The room was located on the side of the building so we had a clear view of both the beach and the parking lot. The young man who checked us in was very nice and all of the people who i crossed paths with on the property were pleasant.. the only complaint that i had was a very strong urine smell in the stairwell. I assume someones dog couldn't hold it anymore. All around it was a great, comfortable cozy place and i would definitely book again.

Great area. Just don’t like having to strip all the beds and carry off trash myself… that’s housekeeping job absolutely everywhere I’ve ever stayed all over the US including Hawaii & Alaska. Also need a regular size kitchen trash can - not a small one. One fast food trip for 4 fills small trash can up.

This property was exactly as listed and was an outstanding bargain! I wanted a quiet, clean 2-bedroom condo on the beach with an oceanfront view and I got exactly that! I couldn't have asked for anything more, and that rate was fantastic as well. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I definitely will return and have shared my great experience with members of my family as well!

Being oceanfront was a positive. The pool and hot tub was nice. The cockroaches in our room was very disturbing, and was told a room next to us was infested and they'd take note of this. Highly doubtful. No compensation was offered even though we told the office all the time and effort that was going to be put in to just getting our luggage and items in our house.

The place is quite nice the room was comfortable and clean, affordable. I guess the only thing is everything closes so early in Mrytle beach.

We stayed for 4 nights. Check in was easy, beds were clean, nice view. However our dishwasher stopped working and we had to run it several time to get anything clean. Maintenance did come and noticed it wasnt spraying right. Nothing they could do. Our air conditioner stopped working and Maintenance came again. They called the AC guy who had it fixed in a couple hours. Parking is across the street and that was a hassle carrying everything in but when we checked out we were able to park beside that building. Front desk was suoer nice, pool was nice and beach access was good.

We had to move and was given a 45-minute notice on Saturday morning when we had plans. I thought if we had to move I would have been told at check-in. The new room's ice maker did not work, the tv had no sound in the bedroom and the tv in the living room kept cutting off. Also we litterly had to do all the checkout duties the (what used to be housekeeping's duties) before checking out.

Great location on beach. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ideal for my buddy and I. Would recommend for 2 buddies but might be a little cramped for 2 couples.

They provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and dropped of more items after 2 nights. Just pack your normal toiletries and some food/snacks and you’ll be good to go!! Will definitely be returning next year!

We really enjoyed this place. Our room had an ocean view. Not real big but it worked for us and we had room for our daughter and grandkids to come visit. The hot tub was great and the location was just what we wanted. We will be back.

It was a good quiet place, check in was ever so simple. They use the old physical key so keep up with the key ring. We were nicely situated on the first floor, probably would like a higher floor for the view of the beach. Cozy little place, it was a good change from the larger resorts that we've stayed at and they don't charger that huge resort fee that others do in the same area.

Extremely adequate, great value
Very small spaces. 2nd bedroom would be uncomfortably small for 2 adults. Same for 2nd bathroom. Dining area would be very cozy for 4 adults. Good size for 2 or 3 adults.
