Very nice studio. However, the hide a bed was average comfortable. Could feel the springs. Also, bring your coffee filters for the coffee machine

There is black mold on the bathroom, the furniture is visibly stained and dirty, the floors are dirty, there is no bottom sheet on the bed, the hallways in the hotel are dirty, and there were no staff at the front desk to address concerns. The entire building smells musty. The only positive is that the exterior looks nice.

The property was beautiful. The condo was nice but stunk of pine sol. The smell burnt into my nose. It was overwhelming

We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this beautiful stone building located a few steps away from bicycle/walking trails. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-sized fridge. After reading earlier reviews we brought our own condiments (cooking oil, salt and pepper) but there were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels etc. Conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will return!

the bed we had was like sleeping on the floor - it was not comfortable....slept there 2 nights and woke up with back
problems each day....I can't believe in 2021 - they can't provide a real bed....sorry for the price - I will not recommend this place

I rated condition/maintenance lower as it appeared the hotel was newly renovated and we had some problems with entrance door. Otherwise very good.

The resort is near all the conveniences and attractions that Magog offers.We enjoyed our stay, the room was good except for its location in the resort, it was in the basement of the building and a strong smell of misty, mildew air meets you as soon as your enter the stairway leading to the room that we had. fortunately, the smell was not in the room otherwise we would have made a quick dash out of there.

We booked the room based on it being fairly close to Sherbrooke Quebec.We were there to pick up my youngest Daughter from university the next morning.The noise from 11:20pm till about 12:40 pm was Horrible! kids running up and down the hallways. doors to other rooms left open and people partying! At around 11:40 i called the manager or whoever was in charge and they said they would tell the people to keep it quiet. that lasted for about 10 minutes. at about 12:00 my wife had to open the door and tell the kids to stop running up and down the hallways! When we booked, the ad said balcony, and Breakfast. they told there was no breakfast. she also said she moved us to a better room, but it turned out worse. also there was no balcony.

Room was modern, clean and very comfortable bed. Bathroom shower is amazing. No hesitation recommending this condo/hotel to anyone.
