Welcome to the getaway of your dreams in Alorda Park Urbanization! Nestled in this serene and exclusive neighborhood, you'll discover a truly modern retreat that redefines comfort and style. This exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental home offers 160 square meters of meticulously designed space, ensuring that 6-8 people can enjoy an absolutely incredible stay.
Upon entering, natural light dances across the open-concept living room, adorned with sleek contemporary furnishings and tasteful decor. The living room invites you to relax in front of the large windows that frame the views of the charming and cozy terrace. Next to it, a fully equipped kitchen with a window that connects to the living room. The first bathroom is also located on this floor.
Continuing towards the first floor, we find three bedrooms designed to cater for the tranquility of each guest. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has a charming balcony to enjoy the early morning sun. The second bedroom, also with a double bed, also has a balcony, perfect for enjoying a pleasant summer breeze. Finally, the third bedroom is also equipped with two single beds, which can be transformed into two bunk beds. On this floor, we also find the second bathroom.

To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the tourist's image of their ID and/or selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . THROWING OUT TRASH MANDATORY Upon leaving the house, if leftover food/drink or any other type of waste is left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept youth groups. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to those over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of handing over the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 9:00 p.m. They will have a supplement of €50.
