The engineered oak floors give a lovely warm feel to the room, and the addition of a remote-controlled gas fire in the corner makes a lovely feature for the winter months. Upstairs, there are three well-proportioned bedrooms along with the family bathroom.

Family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, WC , sink with drawers under and heated towel rail. Window lets in natural light.

Outside, the garden wraps around the property with a decked area to the rear and a further side garden area with shingle. A garden shed is tucked to one side and a gate leads to the front past a second timber shed. With a view up to the spire of St. Edmunds church, the property is well-positioned to enjoy the town and the beach.
