Private: large garden 4'200 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Arbour, garden furniture, children's playground (slide, swing), parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3.4 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach "Porz Mellec" 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, sailing school 2.8 km, tennis 5 km, walking paths from the house 800 m. Dieses Haus liegt traumhaft oberhalb des Meeres mit wunderschönen Blick. Ein riesiger nicht vollständig umzäunter Garten und das Haus an sich bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Vollständig ausgestattete Küche zusätzliche Kühl-/Gefriergeräte, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger. Alles da! Wir werden wieder kommen!

Hier haben wir uns wunderbar erholt. Das Haus, in einer sagenhaften Lage, hat alles was man braucht. Einzig waren die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu entdecken, und der kleiner, herrlicher Strand Beg Douar ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen....

Séjour dans un gîte très agréable avec une vue fantastique! Manque un micro-onde et les matelas sont un peu fins donc lit un peu dur mais franchement je recommande !

So einmalig ist die Lage und Meeresaussicht dieses Hauses, dass wir jedes Jahr den Juli da verbringen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, sowie auch das Haus, was besonders angenehm zu leben ist. Deutlich kümmern sich die Inhaber um die Instandhaltung, denn jedes Jahr finden wir Neuigkeiten und Renovationen. Die Gegend bietet so viel, dass wir nach mehreren Jahren immer noch nicht alles gesehen haben. Und wir lieben die Märkte in der Umgebung. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Très belle location , spacieuse à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur , proche du port et de la plage .Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour passer un excellent séjour et en prime le soleil nous a accompagnés .
