Welcome to Purfect Beach House, located within a short walk to Warilla Beach and Kiyong Beach on the shore of Lake Illawarra. It’s the perfect destination for enjoying the best of both worlds - the ocean and the lake. Bring along your fishing rods, surfboards, and maybe even your boat to enjoy the range of outdoor activities. Comfortably furnished with modern facilities, this stylish retreat provides the ideal location to retire to after a day of beach and lake adventures.
Purfect Beach House @ Warilla Beach is the ideal retreat for a special holiday by the water with family or friends! With accommodation for up to 6 adults and 2 children across 4 bedrooms, everyone will have their own space to relax. The two living rooms, one on each floor, provide ample room for gatherings and separate activities, ensuring comfort for all.
The upstairs outdoor Alfresco space is equipped with a Weber Family Q BBQ, lounge furniture, and even an outdoor TV—a perfect setting for enjoying summer afternoons after a day spent at Warilla Beach or on the lake. Two other TV’s and a mini speaker for music lovers are also provided. The kitchen's amenities, including a 90cm gas cooktop & oven, dishwasher, and built-in coffee machine, make meal preparation convenient and enjoyable, especially with the bifold windows that open onto the Alfresco area.
The location couldn't be better for water and outdoor lovers, with Warilla Beach just a 150m walk away and Kiyong Beach and Lake Illawarra both just a short stroll away
A huge Children’s Playground at Reddall Reserve (including a Ninja exercise park & water area) is just 850m away for hours of family fun. The reserve is located next to the Lake foreshore which offers added activities for all the family including swimming, snorkelling, fishing, paddle boarding, cycling, boat ramp, picnic areas and amenities.
Warilla Beach Café is a short 300m walk away & is open 7 days a week from 7am to 2pm for a wide selection of Café Food & drinks
For shopping and entertainment, Stockland Shellharbour shopping centre is less than 5km away, and Woolworths, Aldi and numerous specialty shops are conveniently close at Warilla Grove shopping centre just 1km away
