I have stayed here on many occasions and find the staff really good, the room basic but clean and the location is great and the parking is good.

Competitive rate, well located, very clean, the double bed was comfortable.

The single bed mattress was way past used by date

Can’t open the blinds on the lower floor without losing privacy. Totally fine for a short stay.

How close it was to restaurants, shops and beach

The walls were thin I can hear the next door neighbour snoring and talking

It is an older property and very dark inside. The clothes hanging rail was too high for us to reach. The mirror in the bathroom was also too high. You needed to be quite tall to be able to use either

Location is close by in walking distance to the beach, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around too.

The age and quality of the room. Bed was hard as a rock and on wheels so was like sleeping while ice skating. Smelled strongly of bleach the entire time. Large window above door let light in regardless of time.

I didn't stay. Poor customer service

I booked via the website and put late check in. Received SMS from manager asking to text photo of credit card and ID so late check in can be faciliated. I was not advised of this process before the website took my money. I didn't want to send my details over text like that so I had to accomodate their needs and rush to Wollongong for a 6pm check in. Received multiple texts while driving and then they tried to charge me another $20 fee for being 10 mins late. Absolutely rude when I tried to accomodate their needs. I couldn't stay there out of principle and booked the Novotel Wollongong instead.

The noise. We could not sleep because of the bars next door. It was terrible. Then the neighbors watched TV at 2 am or some spoke on the phone outside on the balcony very loudly also around 1 am

Very convenient location, the room was a little run down, but to be expected for this price. The motel is secure, behind a security gate. Good shower and bed, free biscuits and coffee. All good for me. I upgraded to a room at the rear, as the street facing rooms are above a night club.

Just a bit run down

Close to Wollongong City Centre. Easy to access WIN Stadium and the main shopping areas, along with Wollongong Beach. Convinient free parking onsite and easy checkin process.

Location is always central for my needs when I travel to Wollongong. Basic room, comfy bed and although not for me, but for others with luggage, they need to be aware there is no elevators.

Location is good, right in the middle of town and close shops, etc.

Very very noisy at night, didn't get much sleep. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Was walking distance to all night life and close to the beach, room was very clean and bed comfy

The room I had a room was on the street side and above a bar so there was some noise. I was prewarned about this by the hotel so I was prepared and it didn't effect my stay
