The location and the property itself were quite good. The place is worth the cost that it comes at. Note that I ended up paying about INR 900 (USD/EUR ~10) a night and I got service that was worth exactly that amount. Nothing more and nothing less. The ACs and other electricals worked well. I did not use the TV or wifi so cannot comment on that.

What I did not like was that the service was also at the discounted rate of INR 900 a night. Now, I am not complaining because I got a good deal, but this would not be worth it for someone who is paying full price. 1. Note that while booking.com says it would not take prepayment, the booking is done via Oyo who absolutely wants some amount of prepayment and also gives you a discount for full prepayment (which is good). 2. The rooms were NOT CLEAN. The floor was sticky. The floor mat we had was mucky and had stains on it. 3. The rooms were NOT CLEANED even once during our entire stay 4. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less which was okay for me as I had other things to do all day but not so much for someone who wants some level of service.

An Excellent Hotel With Great Staff And Superb Facilities. Bedroom was nice. Bathroom was big and clean All facilities are available. Staff are polite.
